Injection moulded bonded NdFeB magnets combine neodymium powder with nylon or other polymer binder and are moulded directly to final shape. This process delivers complex 3D geometries, thin walls, boss features, metal inserts and repeatable tight tolerances in high-volume production.

We produce injection moulded magnets for small electric motors, encoders, sensors, automotive actuators and consumer electronics. Multi-pole radial or axial magnetization is applied after moulding.

FAQ

Injection Moulded Bonded NdFeB Magnets — FAQ

What tolerances can injection moulded magnets hold?
Injection moulding holds ±0.05 mm or better on critical dimensions, with excellent repeatability over millions of parts. Concentricity and wall thickness are controlled for rotor and encoder applications.
Can inserts be overmoulded?
Yes, metal shafts, bushes and connectors can be placed in the mould and overmoulded, eliminating post-assembly steps and improving concentricity.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
