Iron sheet flexible magnetic receptive material is a thin, flexible iron-composite sheet that grips magnets firmly and evenly across its surface. It is produced in isotropic and anisotropic grades, in rolls up to 1524 mm wide and from 0.3 to 4.0 mm thick.

The magnetic side carries a high-quality UV coating that prevents adhesion and leaves no residue; the reverse side can be supplied plain, with glue (including 3M), or laminated with PVC or PET film in a range of colours. It is the working layer behind advertising displays, magnetic stationery, whiteboard systems and printable graphic media.

Product Range

Six common forms of flexible iron sheet: plain black sheet, cut pieces, laminated white sheet, adhesive-backed sheet and printable colour sheets

The picture above shows the forms we produce most often: plain black iron sheet in rolls and cut sheets, white and colour PVC/PET laminated sheet, self-adhesive sheet for quick mounting, and printable sheets for full-colour graphics. Every form is made from the same receptive material, so performance is identical — only the surface and the cut shape change.

Our Advantages — What Good Iron Sheet Looks Like

The comparison below shows, point by point, the details that separate a good flexible iron sheet from a poor one: clean cutting edges, uniform magnetization and saturation, a flat surface, good flexibility without cracking, exclusive logo engraving, PVC filming craft and safety marks for transport.

Point-by-point quality comparison of good and poor flexible iron sheet: cutting, magnetization, surface, robustness and custom making

Packing & Shipping

Iron sheet packed in cartons and pallets container-loaded for export

Perfect packing guarantees safe transportation. Sheets ship flat in cartons with protective interleaving, rolls are wrapped and boxed, and pallets are strapped and container-loaded for export.

FAQ

Iron Sheet Flexible Magnetic Receptive — FAQ

What is the difference between isotropic and an-isotropic grades?
An-isotropic sheet is oriented in a magnetic field during production, giving roughly double the remanence and magnetic force of isotropic sheet — see the magnetic performance table above. Isotropic is the economical choice for light-duty holding and receptive layers.
Can I print directly on the iron sheet?
The UV-coated magnetic side is designed as a protective surface rather than a print surface. For full-colour graphics we recommend printing on our ferrous PET film and pairing it with a rubber magnet base — or ask us about printable surface options.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, size and surface before we prepare samples.
What widths and thicknesses are standard?
Rolls are available up to 1524 mm wide and from 0.3 to 4.0 mm thick. The most popular roll sizes and their magnetic performance are listed in the hot sale performance table above; other sizes are produced on request.
