Ferrite arc and segment magnets are the standard rotor magnets for DC motors, washing machine motors, water pumps, automotive starters and generators, where cost and corrosion resistance matter more than maximum magnetic strength.
We produce ferrite arcs in a wide range of angles, radii and wall thicknesses, magnetized radially with controlled pole arcs. Both Y10T and Y30H-2 grades are available.

What grades of ferrite arcs do you produce?
We produce Y10T, Y30H-2, Y33 and Y35 ferrite. For high-temperature motor use, Y30H-2 offers stable performance with a maximum working temperature of about 250 °C.
Do ferrite arcs need protective coating?
No. Ferrite magnets are naturally corrosion-resistant and operate reliably without coating, including in humid environments.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
