Ferrite disc and cylinder magnets are economical permanent magnets used in holding applications, fridge magnets, crafts, sensor actuation and general engineering. Their low cost and corrosion resistance make them a default choice for many applications.
We produce ferrite discs and cylinders in standard and custom sizes with axial or diametrical magnetization.

FAQ
Ferrite Disc & Cylinder Magnets — FAQ
How strong is a ferrite disc compared with NdFeB?
For the same size, ferrite provides roughly 10–15% of the pull force of an N35 NdFeB magnet. Choose ferrite when cost is critical; NdFeB when force per volume matters.
Are ferrite discs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, ferrite is naturally corrosion-resistant and performs well outdoors without coating.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
