Ferrite ring magnets are used in loudspeakers, magnetic bases, stirrers and filter tubes. The central hole allows shaft or bolt mounting, and ferrite's corrosion resistance suits humid operation.
We produce rings in a broad size range with axial, radial or multi-pole magnetization.

FAQ
Ferrite Ring & Tube Magnets — FAQ
What is the standard tolerance on ferrite rings?
Standard tolerance is ±0.15 mm on OD and ID with ±0.3 mm on length. Tighter tolerances require grinding.
Can ferrite rings be multi-pole magnetized?
Yes, radially magnetized multi-pole rings are produced for encoder-like and filter applications.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
Need Custom Magnets for Your Project?
