Injection Ferrite Magnet - Ningbo Pole Magnet

Injection ferrite magnets are moulded from ferrite powder with polymer binder, allowing complex 3D shapes, thin walls, inserts and multi-pole magnetization at very low cost.

They are common in small motors, pumps, lock components and consumer products where low cost and complex geometry are required.

FAQ

Injection Ferrite Magnets — FAQ

How does injection ferrite compare with ferrite sintered?
Injection ferrite allows far more complex shapes and tighter tolerances but has lower magnetic output than sintered ferrite of the same size.
What tolerance is achievable on injection ferrite parts?
Typically ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions with excellent repeatability.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
