Irregular ferrite magnets cover special geometries such as stepped blocks, trapezoids, U-shaped channels and magnets with mounting holes, produced for separators, instruments and assembled products.
Parts are manufactured to your drawing with standard ferrite tolerances.

FAQ
Irregular & Custom Ferrite Magnets — FAQ
Can ferrite magnets be produced with holes?
Yes, holes can be moulded or drilled after sintering. Hole placement should avoid very thin wall sections to prevent cracking.
What tolerance can be held on irregular ferrite parts?
Sintered ferrite holds roughly ±0.2 mm; grinding can tighten critical dimensions to ±0.05 mm.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
