NdFeB arc and segment magnets (tile or shoe magnets) are the core magnetic components of BLDC motors, servo motors, stepping motors, automotive motors and generator rotors. They are sintered, ground on both inner and outer radii, then magnetized radially to produce the required pole distribution on the rotor surface.
Our production covers single-arc and multi-segment configurations, with concentricity and wall-thickness controlled to ±0.05 mm. Arcs can be supplied unmagnetized for easy assembly and magnetized radially, diametrically or as multi-pole patterns after assembly.
