NdFeB block and bar magnets are the most widely used neodymium magnet geometry, available from small sensor blocks of a few millimetres up to large holding blocks for separators and lifting applications. Blocks are sintered, cut or ground to dimension and are typically magnetized across the thickness.
We supply blocks with chamfered or countersunk holes for fastening, stepped configurations and multi-block arrays. Dimensional tolerance is ±0.05 mm standard, with tight ±0.02 mm available for precision assemblies.
