Irregular sintered NdFeB magnets cover the special geometries that standard shapes cannot — trapezoids, wedges, steps, magnetized through specific faces, or magnets with holes, notches and contours for assembled products.
Our sintering, slicing and grinding capabilities let us machine sintered NdFeB into complex profiles while keeping tight dimensional control. Parts are manufactured directly from your 2D/3D drawing.

FAQ
Irregular & Complex Shape NdFeB Magnets — FAQ
Can you machine holes and notches into sintered NdFeB?
Yes, drilling, slicing and contour grinding are available. We recommend placing holes away from magnetized edges where possible, and our engineers will review your drawing for manufacturability before quoting.
Do you charge tooling for irregular magnets?
Simple machining needs no tooling. Complex profiles may need a grinding fixture or special electrodes, which we quote separately or amortize into the unit price depending on volume.
Do you provide free samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are welcome. Send your drawing or specification together with the intended application so our engineers can recommend the correct grade, magnetization direction and coating before we prepare samples.
Can the factory produce to my drawing with special tolerances?
Yes. We machine, grind and inspect to customer drawing tolerances. For sintered NdFeB the standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm and can be tightened to ±0.02 mm with diamond grinding where the geometry allows.
